1. Design
Chinese suppliers design steel component drawings and calculate weights based on the load-bearing requirements and climatic conditions provided by the client. This ensures the components meet load-bearing and safety standards. Precise 3D models are created using design software such as Tekla, AutoCAD, or Revit.
2. Material Procurement
After the client confirms the order, high-quality steel materials are procured.
3. Production and Fabrication
Steel cutting: Steel materials are cut to the required dimensions.
Drilling: Holes are drilled into steel components as per design specifications.
Welding: Steel columns and beams are welded together.
Surface treatment: Sandblasting is used to clean the steel surfaces, removing rust, scale, and impurities. Anti-corrosive primers and protective coatings are applied, or galvanization is performed to enhance durability and corrosion resistance.
4. Quality Inspection
All components are checked to ensure they meet specified dimensions and tolerances.
Critical components are tested for strength and load-bearing capacity.
Inspection results are documented, and certifications (e.g., ISO, AISC) are provided to confirm compliance with standards.
5. Packaging and Transportation
Labeling: Each component is marked with identification numbers for easy on-site assembly.
Packaging: Components are protected during transit using wraps, crates, or pallets.
Shipping: Components are transported via sea freight and delivered to the client.
6. On-Site Assembly
Based on the installation drawings provided by the Chinese supplier, local construction teams carry out the assembly. Alternatively, the supplier may send technical personnel to guide the installation process.
