1 Design
The Chinese supplier designs the drawings and weights of the steel components according to the load-bearing load and climatic conditions of the building provided by the customer to ensure that they meet the load-bearing and safety standards. Create accurate models using 3D design software such as Tekla, AutoCAD, or Revit.
2. Material procurement
After the customer confirmed the order, the purchase of high-quality steel.
3. Production
Steel cutting, steel component drilling, steel column and steel beam welding, sand blasting clean steel surface, remove rust, scale and impurities, spray anti-corrosion primer and protective paint, or galvanized to improve durability and increase corrosion resistance.
4. Quality inspection
Check all components for compliance with specified dimensions and tolerances, and test the strength and load carrying capacity of key components. Document inspection results and provide proof of compliance with standards (e.g. ISO, AISC).
5. Packaging and transportation
Labeling: Each part is marked with an identification number to facilitate on-site assembly.
Packaging: Packaging, crates, or pallets are used to protect components during transportation.
Shipping by sea and delivered to the customer.
6. On-site assembly
According to the installation drawings provided by the Chinese supplier, please ask the local construction team to install, or send technical personnel to guide the installation by the supplier.
